1. Ordering

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified once submitted. Please ensure all information is accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us within 24 hours to cancel the order.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible.

How do I use a discount code or promotion?
If a discount code is available, it will usually be displayed on the product page. Copy the code and enter it during checkout. For direct price reductions, no code is needed — the checkout price already reflects the discount.

2. Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, UnionPay, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Is my payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed with industry-standard encryption to ensure your information is safe.

What should I do if payment fails?
Check your payment details and contact your bank if necessary, or try another payment method.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Which shipping methods are available?
We ship via SF International and 4PX from our China workshop.

How long will my order take to arrive?
For most destinations, shipping takes 7–12 days, and normally no later than 15 days. Severe weather or other uncontrollable events may cause delays.

Do you offer free shipping?
Orders of $45.9 USD or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount incur a $6.9 USD shipping fee.

Can you ship internationally?
We ship to selected countries: Australia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom (4 of 5 regions, excludes British Forces), United States (53 of 62 states, excludes Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific).

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for eligible items.

How do I return or exchange a product?
Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos/videos of the item. Approved returns will receive a return label, and the item should be shipped back in its original condition.

Who pays for return shipping?
For quality issues or incorrect items, we provide a free return label.
For non-quality reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

What materials are your products made of?
We specialize in walnut and other high-quality solid wood, carefully crafted for beauty and durability.

How should I care for my products?
We recommend regular maintenance with wood wax oil. For products that come into contact with food, olive oil is recommended for care.

Do your products have a warranty or quality guarantee?
Yes, all products are carefully inspected and tested before shipment.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, guest checkout is available. Creating an account allows faster checkout and order tracking.

What if I forget my password?
You can reset your password via the login page.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes, we strictly follow privacy policies and use secure encryption to protect your data.

8. Promotions & Gifts

Do you offer gift wrapping?
